"Serving Up Love" is a very sweet little collection of romantic stories. Each story carries the common theme of "Harvey House Girls". The Harvey House Girls were young women of impeccable reputation and presentation who served their guests in the very well-to-do and fashionable restaurants called the Harvey Houses. These restaurants prided themselves in perfection - including their workers. These young ladies were expected to live in the lodgings provided by the Harvey House and were forbidden to marry.... but that doesn't mean they were forbidden to fall in love....
This is a lovely collection of romantic stories based on just that - our proper little Harvey House girls getting swept off their feet by an old flame, an unsuspecting hero, an undercover agent, and ruggedly handsome but untitled suitor....
